See “City Monster” at the Cape Cod Art Center Summer Nationals exhibit now through August 14, 2026

Looks like there will be some rain coming to the Cape this week – why not take in some art when you’re not at the beach?

There’s lots to see at the Cape Cod Art Center in Barnstable, and if you’re on the Cape full-time or just for the summer, the Center offers some great classes for all ages.

This juried exhibit, which runs until August 14, 2026, has some great work from artist on the Cape and beyond, and I’m honored to be included.

As a newly minted juried member of the Cape Cod Art Center, I’m glad they chose this piece to include in their juried summer nationals exhibit. I went through the review process earlier this spring and will post about that sometime soon.

“To be Wild with Nothing to be Wild About” wins the Jack Thor Ahlin Award from the Cape Cod Art Center

Jack Thor Ahlin was a much beloved and accomplished artist on Cape Cod, and I am honored to receive the prize that bears his name. This national juried show is my first with the Cape Cod Art Center.

The Cape Cod Art Center’s Autumn National Exhibit is on view October 20 – November 15, 2025 – this is a perfect time to visit this beautiful gallery in Yarmouth, MA.
