The Arts Foundation of Cape Cod’s annual summer auction is open for bidding, and I am pleased as punch that this vibrant piece, “Irrational Exuberance” (watercolor on paper, 18×13, framed) is included in a truly stunning display of works by local artists. There are experiences and other ways to bid, too, so I hope you’ll take a look.
A portion of the proceeds from all of the sales goes to support artists work on Cape Cod – where painting is easy but living is expensive.
It never gets old – the Arts Foundation of Cape Cod’s Gala and Auction is always the best way to kick off the summer, and this year they’ve accepted two of my paintings, “Nothing But Flowers” and “It Will Be Summer Eventually”. The Gala is on Wednesday, June 4, but the auction will be online – it’s live now and open for bidding.
This small works fundraiser features some wonderful art by some of the Cape’s best. Unlike the summer auction, the art for sale is fixed priced on a buy-it-now basis. Shipping is available. The sale closes Monday, December 13, at 11:59pm.
